Protx Users: Important Notice

If you are using Protx as your PSP, please be aware of the following action taking place on 22nd June 2008:

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Protx will be performing a scheduled system upgrade of our live system at the following time:
Sunday 22nd June 09:00:00
This means that you will be unable to view historical transactions in VSP Admin while the upgrade takes place, however this data will be restored during the course of the day. We endeavour to keep the interruption to a minimum and would like to apologise for the inconvenience.
You will be able to view the status of the upgrade on http://www.protx.com/monitorvsp.asp which will be updated regularly, however if you need to get in touch with us our support lines will be open from 9 am on 22nd June.
The upgrade will involve moving the Protx Live Payment Gateway to a new data centre, along with a hardware upgrade. This allows us to increase the resilience of our systems, helping support your online growth.
IMPORTANT TECHNICAL INFORMATION
We will be changing the IP addresses of the ukvps.protx.com domain during the upgrade.
We recommend that you discuss this with your web developer to ensure that it will not affect your online trading. Detailed information on our recommended actions can be found by clicking on the link below.
